I have been been incorporating Turmeric into my families diet for years. It has been used in Indian cuisine and ayurveda medicine for thousands of years. Ayurveda is the ancient Indian system of medicine. It has recently been accepted in more main stream natural health as well as been the subject of scientific studies.

Turmeric has the compound curcumin which is a very powerful and natural anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant.
